Dylan and Cameron were running separate races which meant that Tom and I had to split up and could only watch 1 kid do their event.
I actually strategized how we might possibly see both, but when I saw just how crowded it was at Dylan’s “corral,” I knew I couldn’t abandon him (Tom went with Cameron; I went with Dylan)!
I told Dylan I wouldn’t be able to run with him with Chloe strapped to my chest, so he should just do his best effort and Tom would be waiting for him at the Finish.
As it turns out, both kids did stellar. And, Chloe, well, she hung out and remained jolly up until she sacked out just before Dylan started his run!
