Today we got his new stats from the doctor — he’s a whopping 11 pounds, 23 inches tall, and his head circumference is something like 15 1/8.
At 11 pounds, Dylan is still only in the 25th percentile by weight (he’s at the 50th percentile by height).
That means, there are some ladies out there who are delivering some BIG babies! I have to say, I’m glad Dylan wasn’t one of them (for my own sake…!!!).
So, he also got his vaccinations today which, poor thing, are making him a little unhappy. He’s mostly sleeping it off, but I can tell he’s bothered when he wakes up crying as if he’s in pain.
We are planning on giving him a little bath later on tonight to help soothe his muscles (as recommended by the doctor).
