Jeff celebrated his 50th birthday in Madmen style. And, if it weren’t for my mother, our poor girls would have just been in plain old clothes! I’d shopped online for stuff, but didn’t find anything to my liking so I asked my mom if she could just make some felt skirts and I’d buy the poodle appliques.
I didn’t think she’d come up with anything for Chloe (I set aside this adorable retro-y pink sweater for Chloe), but she found an adorable poodle onesie with a poodle skirt that matched Cameron’s!
Cameron’s outfit was accessorized with scarf and belt and mom even did her little ponytail (and mine, for that matter).
And, we didn’t forget the cat-eye glasses either!
I really tried to get a picture…
but it was pretty challenging. So I had to give up.
There were cocktails I needed to attend to.
But, I did eventually make it back to my camera (of course!)!
Chloe has been clapping for quite some time now…and she’s got a third tooth coming in (more on this later!)
Poor Tom didn’t have time to get an outfit…I didn’t either, for that matter, but luckily I had my mom. She put an outfit together for me! Tom had to settle for wearing Dylan’s fedora. Over all, a great cocktail party. Here’s bday boy and big sis to close.
