Last Saturday was Dylan’s first soccer game of this season. It was another hot day but, luckily, not unbearably so! He is far more into the game than last year (last practice ended with coach telling me he was “so cute” practicing his toe touches on the sidelines on his own initiative!). Still, he’s blowing me kisses instead of focusing on what’s happening on the field!! I’ll take ’em!
Dylan did pretty well in his game especially considering the fact that we went to a bday party at the roller rink beforehand and he had been skating away like a maniac!
I was actually worried he would be too tired for soccer, but he is enjoying it so much, he was fine!
