The day after Christmas was a cool, crisp and gorgeous day! We finally all rallied and went outdoors to get some fresh air. We needed to do this; everyone had a touch of cabin fever! And, even though we were all tired, getting outdoors never seems to fail to revive everyone!
Chloe still hasn’t quite gotten the hang of cruising on her balance bike, but she picked up a little more speed than usual that day!
It seemed like a good day for a run, so Tom kindly watched the kids at the playground while I stole away for a short run. I went up the usual trail and, at the vista point where we can see Chaminade and Sutter, some folks had decorated the tree near the memorial bench.
And, that day, the view was clear enough to see the ocean pretty well!
