This is the awesomeness of big sister, Auntie Cindy: she’s running a new magazine and she’s busy as all-get-out, but she makes time to spend with her kids nonetheless! The boys had a half-day at school because of parent-teacher conferences, so Cindy decided to pull them out of school for one day and take them (and us) to the California Academy of Sciences for the day.

It was an absolutely gorgeous day in San Francisco and it was a free day at the Steinhart Aquarium to boot! We ate lunch first, then explored the Green living display, the Rainforest display, and the aquarium. We saw tree frogs, toads, butterflies, all kinds of fish, sea dragons, sharks, stingrays, snakes, toads, and an albino crocodile! When all was done inside, we went outside to let the boys run around and play.

Cameron, of course, was an absolute gem. After taking in the sights from the Ergo carrier, she went ahead and slept while we explored! Once we were outside, she loved looking at the leaves and trees and watching the boys run and play. She continues to impress everyone with her even temperament and her magnificent smiles.
